What you will do
- Lead and manage a team of four BenOps specialists, overseeing performance and workload distribution.
- Own error and issue management, resolving escalated customer queries and provider errors.
- Drive process improvement and automation by mapping workflows and partnering with product and engineering teams.
- Oversee new business administration and policy event administration including joiners, leavers, and amendments.
- Act as the first line of investigation for support queries via Intercom, Slack, and Asana.
- Lead strategic projects to accelerate BenOps capability and improve compliance.
Requirements
- Minimum APA qualification in Pension, Health and Life insurance (QFA status preferred).
- Proven experience leading and managing a team.
- Background in a broker, insurance provider, pension provider, or fintech handling complex benefit products.
- Experience managing multiple complex workstreams and improving processes in fast-paced environments.
- Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Dublin or London.
