Location: Hybrid (2 days on-site per week) in Dublin or London

What you will do

  • Lead and manage a team of four BenOps specialists, overseeing performance and workload distribution.
  • Own error and issue management, resolving escalated customer queries and provider errors.
  • Drive process improvement and automation by mapping workflows and partnering with product and engineering teams.
  • Oversee new business administration and policy event administration including joiners, leavers, and amendments.
  • Act as the first line of investigation for support queries via Intercom, Slack, and Asana.
  • Lead strategic projects to accelerate BenOps capability and improve compliance.

Requirements

  • Minimum APA qualification in Pension, Health and Life insurance (QFA status preferred).
  • Proven experience leading and managing a team.
  • Background in a broker, insurance provider, pension provider, or fintech handling complex benefit products.
  • Experience managing multiple complex workstreams and improving processes in fast-paced environments.
  • Must be based in or able to work hybridly in Dublin or London.

  • Experience in high-growth fintech startups.
  • Familiarity with AI tools for operational efficiency.
