Staff Product Manager (AI)

Staff Product Manager (AI): Leading cross-domain AI and strategic product initiatives to transform hospitality operations with an accent on AI-powered product experiences and internal AI adoption. Focus on prototyping with LLM agents, defining AI product strategy, and driving high-impact outcomes across multiple dev teams.

Location: Hybrid in Tel Aviv (Israel) or Barcelona (Spain) (2 days per week in office). Candidates based elsewhere in Spain are eligible to work fully remotely.

What you will do

• Lead cross-domain AI and strategic product initiatives end-to-end across multiple product domains and dev teams.
• Partner with AI product leadership to shape the overarching AI product strategy, roadmap, and company-level goals.
• Prototype AI agents, workflows, and internal tools hands-on to increase velocity for the product organization.
• Drive AI adoption within the product department by identifying and building solutions to remove friction in spec and analysis.
• Act as a trusted voice on AI product judgment, reviewing specs and setting the quality bar for AI work.
• Monitor AI technology and hospitality market trends to proactively reshape product direction.

Requirements

• 8+ years of product management experience, including 2+ years focused on AI/LLM-powered products.
• Hands-on AI building experience with prompting, evals, agent frameworks, and rapid prototyping.
• Proven track record of leading large cross-domain initiatives through influence rather than authority.
• High proficiency in product craft and data fluency, including discovery, metrics definition, and business goal alignment.
• Experience mentoring other PMs and communicating complex topics to executive management.
• English: Mandatory (excellent verbal and written communication skills).

Nice to have

• Experience in B2B SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or the hospitality/travel tech space.
• Experience driving internal AI adoption or AI enablement programs within a product or R&D organization.
