What you will do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for agentic search infrastructure, from strategy and roadmap to execution.
• Define evaluation frameworks and benchmarks to drive search quality and relevance improvements.
• Engage directly with enterprise and developer users to validate product-market fit and identify pain points.
• Monitor the competitive landscape in AI-powered retrieval to inform strategic product decisions.
• Collaborate with go-to-market teams to align product positioning, ICP definitions, and enablement materials.
• Lead rapid iteration cycles, moving from hypothesis to prototype and production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product management experience, specifically in developer tools, API platforms, or search infrastructure.
• Proven track record of shipping products in fast-moving markets from concept to launch.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, AI agents, and search/retrieval systems.
• Degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field.
• Ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders and drive alignment without formal authority.
• Must be authorized to work in Israel.
