Location: Must be based in Tel Aviv, Israel (Hybrid: 3 days on-site per week)

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end development of product features from ideation through launch and iteration.
• Use data insights to identify opportunities, prioritize features, and measure the impact of updates.
• Design and analyze A/B tests to validate hypotheses and optimize product performance.
• Partner with cross-functional teams including Design, Engineering, Analytics, and Marketing.
• Balance player needs, business goals, and technical constraints in product decisions.
• Translate product opportunities into clear feature requirements and user flows.

Requirements

• 3+ years of product management experience building and scaling consumer-facing digital products.
• Proven track record of owning product areas end-to-end.
• Strong user empathy and experience delivering intuitive user experiences.
• Experience working with analytics tools and using data to inform product decisions.
• Experience designing, running, and analyzing A/B tests.
• Ability to influence and align cross-functional stakeholders and discuss technical tradeoffs.

Nice to have

• Passion for gaming and understanding of player motivations.
• Experience in mobile casual gaming.
• Hands-on experience developing AI-powered product solutions.
