Focus on building success plans, managing complex post-sale lifecycles, and collaborating cross-functionally to improve the customer journey.

Location: Remote (Must be based in Maryland, USA)

Salary: $140,000 – $155,000

What you will do

  • Manage a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts as the primary post-sale contact.
  • Lead onboarding and implementation activity to set customers up for success.
  • Build success plans tied to customer goals, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
  • Conduct regular customer meetings, business reviews, and value conversations with key stakeholders.
  • Monitor customer health and product usage to identify risks and expansion opportunities early.
  • Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing feedback with Product and Engineering teams.

Requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role (CSM, TAM, or Account Management).
  • Proven experience managing Enterprise SaaS customers.
  • Strong track record in onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewal management.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Must be based in Maryland, USA.

Nice to have

  • Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project controls industries.
  • Familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar planning tools.
  • Experience with complex workflows or data-driven technical SaaS products.
  • Exposure to QBRs and executive reporting.
