Location: Remote (Must be based in Maryland, USA)
Salary: $140,000 – $155,000

What you will do
- Manage a portfolio of enterprise customer accounts as the primary post-sale contact.
- Lead onboarding and implementation activity to set customers up for success.
- Build success plans tied to customer goals, adoption, and measurable outcomes.
- Conduct regular customer meetings, business reviews, and value conversations with key stakeholders.
- Monitor customer health and product usage to identify risks and expansion opportunities early.
- Act as the voice of the customer internally by sharing feedback with Product and Engineering teams.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role (CSM, TAM, or Account Management).
- Proven experience managing Enterprise SaaS customers.
- Strong track record in onboarding, adoption, retention, and renewal management.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- Must be based in Maryland, USA.
Nice to have
- Experience in construction, infrastructure, or project controls industries.
- Familiarity with Primavera P6 or similar planning tools.
- Experience with complex workflows or data-driven technical SaaS products.
- Exposure to QBRs and executive reporting.
