What you will do

• Lead discovery activities to understand business objectives and operational workflows for Physical AI and industrial automation.
• Facilitate workshops to align stakeholders across robotics, AI, software, and business domains.
• Translate complex business needs into user stories, functional requirements, and delivery-ready specifications.
• Define detailed requirements for digital twins, simulation environments, and autonomous sensor-driven systems.
• Collaborate with architects, data scientists, and robotics engineers to ensure solution scalability.
• Analyze operational processes to identify opportunities for intelligent decision-making and AI adoption.

Requirements

• Strong experience as a Business Analyst on complex technology, AI, or industrial transformation initiatives.
• Proven expertise in requirements elicitation, stakeholder management, and process modeling.
• Experience working with AI, machine learning, robotics, autonomous systems, or digital twins.
• Understanding of sensor-driven systems and physical products interacting with software platforms.
• Proficiency in defining functional and non-functional requirements (performance, scalability, safety).
• Experience working in Agile environments with tools like Jira, Confluence, or Miro.
