What you will do

• Lead the Ningbo engineering team in new product development from design through mass production.
• Optimize product designs for cost, usability, reliability, and manufacturability.
• Ensure design quality by applying Six-Sigma tools such as VOC, DOE, and DFX.
• Coach and motivate a team of 10+ engineers to achieve high performance.
• Support intellectual property strategy by documenting unique ideas and patentable concepts.
• Collaborate with marketing, sales, production, and sourcing teams to meet regional goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC.
• 10+ years of experience in mechanical product design and development.
• 5+ years of experience leading engineering teams and managing complex projects.
• Strong proficiency in English for communication with overseas stakeholders.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and manage organizational change.
• Strong problem-solving skills requiring extensive investigation and analysis.

Nice to have

• Master’s degree in a relevant field.
