What you will do

  • Improve and maintain the performance of automated Trim/Form machines to minimize unscheduled downtime.
  • Enhance overall equipment efficiency and machine productivity.
  • Conduct troubleshooting and execute preventive maintenance activities.
  • Manage spare part localization and identify secondary sources to meet cost-saving targets.
  • Provide technical training to operators and technicians to build team competence.
  • Establish SOPs and work instructions for equipment maintenance and setup guidelines.

Requirements

  • College degree or higher in Mechanical or Electronic Engineering.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience as an equipment engineer for automated Trim/Form machines in a semiconductor manufacturing site.
  • Familiarity with ASM, GMM, and BESI equipment is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in data analysis and problem-solving tools including 8D, FMEA, and SPC.
  • English proficiency: Good reading and writing skills required.
  • Ability to work under pressure with strong teamwork and communication skills.
