Business Analyst - Regulatory Reporting (Banking)

What you will do

• Analyze and interpret regulatory requirements and business changes for granular regulatory reporthirify.global.
• Work with Finance, Policy, Technology, and other stakeholders to define reporthirify.global solutions.
• Translate business needs into functional requirements, user stories, and clear documentation.
• Perform SQL-based data analysis, investigate data quality issues, and support data remediation.
• Collaborate with developers, conduct functional acceptance testhirify.global, and validate implemented solutions.
• Provide second-line support and contribute to continuous improvement of reporthirify.global processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field.
• 2–5 years of experience as a Business Analyst.
• Strong knowledge of bankhirify.global products and experience with regulatory reporthirify.global frameworks such as COREP, FINREP, AnaCredit, or Commercial Real Estate reporthirify.global.
• Advanced SQL skills, hands-on Microsoft Excel experience, and functional testhirify.global experience.
• Familiarity with Agile ways of workhirify.global and strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Fluent English communication skills and the ability to manage priorities under tight deadlines.
