Business Process Excellence and Transformation Specialist (AI)

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional process excellence and transformation projects to streamline workflows and eliminate inefficiencies.
• Drive automation, digitization, and AI adoption across business processes.
• Collaborate with Data Analytics, IT, systems analysts, and process owners to implement systems improvements.
• Build dashboards and reports using business data to support strategic decision-making.
• Design workflow automation with Power Automate or equivalent platforms and integrate solutions with existing systems.
• Support change management, continuous improvement, predictive analytics, intelligent automation, and machine learning initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Artificial Intelligence, Industrial Engineering, or another technology-related field.
• Business-related degrees may be considered with strong technical expertise.
• 2–3 years of experience in process improvement, data analytics, or digital transformation.
• Proficiency in Excel, Power Query, Power BI, and other business intelligence tools.
• Experience with Power Automate or similar workflow automation platforms, plus exposure to Copilot Studio, ChatGPT, or similar AI tools.
• Fluent English required for written and verbal communication.

Nice to have

• PL-300 Microsoft Power BI Data Analyst certification.
• PL-7002 Power Automate, PL-900 Microsoft Power Platform, MOS Excel Expert, or Copilot Studio certification.
