What you will do

• Act as the first point of reference for day-to-day operational queries and liaise with related business areas.
• Carry out complex and high-profile banking operations activities with significant financial, client, and internal business impact.
• Maintain and implement functional policies and procedures while developing subject matter expertise.
• Interact with committees and senior management and facilitate discussions leading to decisions.
• Lead projects, train and mentor junior employees, and supervise daily operational work when required.

Requirements

• Five or more years of related business experience.
• College or university degree and/or relevant proven work experience preferred.
• Excellent analytical, consultative, communication, and judgment skills.
• In-depth functional or industry knowledge and strong understanding of related areas, the firm, the industry, and technology.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to adapt to change.
