Global Ops CoE - Fulfillment Center Business Services Senior Analyst (Automotive)

Location: Taguig City, National Capital Region, Philippines; hybrid work with office attendance at least three times per week. Night shift: 8:00 PM to 5:00 AM Philippine time, with flexibility to adjust shifts when required.

What you will do

• Support the establishment of GM’s fulfillment center network for scalable operations.
• Validate dealer- and customer-facing systems, identify root causes, and coordinate required fixes.
• Analyze incoming data, identify trends, and prepare statistically valid reports, dashboards, and predictive analytics for leadership.
• Define and document data collection workflows, desk processes, systems, and procedures.
• Identify opportunities to streamline and automate processes while supporting system implementation and project delivery.
• Communicate analysis findings through clear storytelling to guide business decisions and prioritize information system needs.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, or a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in data analysis, operations, processing, contract administration, dealer or partner operations, or project management.
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and experience with Power BI dashboards and enterprise or database systems.
• Strong analytical, statistical, problem-solving, communication, organizational, and prioritization skills.
• Ability to translate operational knowledge into structured business and technical requirements and deliver complex projects under aggressive timelines.
• Must work the required Philippine night shift and report to the Taguig office at least three times per week.

Nice to have

• Experience with DBX and Salesforce.
• Experience leading the design and deployment of data analytics and reporting solutions.
• Experience in the automotive or dealership environment.
