What you will do

• Direct material planning and logistics functions to ensure facility plan objectives and customer needs are met.
• Establish and maintain procurement processes to achieve optimal cost, quality, and delivery from internal and external suppliers.
• Manage inventory and record accuracy by monitoring shortages, surpluses, and delivery performance.
• Develop internal and external material flow planning and implement efficient supply plans.
• Optimize inventory levels, lot sizing, lead times, packaging, and transportation costs.
• Lead, develop, and manage the performance of the materials management team.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in material planning or supply chain within a manufacturing environment.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in a supervisory role.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or logistics discipline.
• Strong knowledge of production scheduling, capacity management, and the ability to troubleshoot MRP systems.
• Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
