What you will do

• Define and continuously refine product vision, strategy, and roadmap for the trading experience across app and web.
• Build and improve trader-facing capabilities: market discovery, watchlists, charts, order tickets, execution flows, positions, order management, and trade history.
• Partner with engineering, design, data, trading, eFX, middle office, risk, operations, compliance, and commercial teams to deliver initiatives end-to-end.
• Work with middle office and operations to understand trade lifecycle processes (capture, validation, reconciliation, exposure monitoring, reporting, issue resolution).
• Collaborate with eFX and trading teams on execution considerations (pricing, liquidity, latency, slippage, order routing, rejected trades, platform performance).
• Use analytics, client feedback, trading behavior, and research to identify friction points, prioritize improvements, and monitor adoption and impact.

Requirements

• 7+ years of total work experience, with most in product management, ideally across trading platforms, fintech, brokerage, investing, FX/CFDs, wealth, payments, or similarly complex digital products.
• Experience building or improving app and/or web customer product experiences in high-intent, high-frequency, or financially sensitive environments.
• Strong understanding of trading products and trader behavior before, during, and after placing a trade.
• Knowledge of trading platform experiences including market search, watchlists, charts, order placement, open positions, order history, balances, margin usage, P&L, alerts, deposits/withdrawals, and client reporting.
• Proven track record of owning and delivering successful software products/features across web and/or mobile.
• Comfort working across the full product lifecycle from discovery and problem definition through delivery, launch, measurement, and continuous improvement.
