What you will do

• Own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of a strategic business area within Consumer.
• Drive product-led growth across key metrics including users, activity, revenue, margin, and P&L.
• Launch new products, features, and market propositions across key segments.
• Build business cases for new opportunities, covering market size, economics, and operational requirements.
• Partner with technical product leads to define and ship customer-facing features.
• Lead go-to-market plans in collaboration with Marketing, Growth, and Regional teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in or able to work from New York
• Proven experience in a GM, business lead, product, or strategy role within fintech or crypto.
• Strong analytical skills with expertise in business modeling, pricing, and unit economics.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
• Strong product judgment and ability to align senior stakeholders around strategy and trade-offs.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with a bias for action and measurable impact.
