What you will do

• Prepare detailed quantity takeoffs and cost estimates from drawings and project documentation.
• Develop and maintain accurate Bills of Quantities (BOQs) for various construction projects.
• Perform measurement takeoffs and quantity calculations using Bluebeam.
• Estimate material, labor, equipment, and subcontractor costs for project proposals.
• Analyze project scope to identify cost risks and value engineering opportunities.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to clarify technical specifications and estimation requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in construction estimating or quantity surveying.
• Proficiency in Bluebeam for takeoffs and measurement activities.
• Strong knowledge of concrete structures, reinforced concrete works, and foundations.
• Familiarity with Australian construction standards and documentation.
• Must be based in Ortigas, Alabang, Pampanga, or Cebu, Philippines.
