What you will do

• Perform structural analysis and stress calculations to ensure product safety and durability.
• Collaborate with designers to translate innovative product concepts into production-ready designs.
• Develop 3D models, STEP files, and detailed technical drawings using CAD software.
• Create and maintain comprehensive engineering reports and technical cut sheets.
• Partner with product managers and manufacturing teams to optimize material use and reduce costs.
• Ensure all product designs adhere to industry codes and safety regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (Master's preferred).
• Must be based in the Philippines.
• 2–5 years of experience in product design or structural analysis.
• Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD or SolidWorks.
• Strong knowledge of structural mechanics and materials science.

Nice to have

• Professional Engineer (PE) license or eligibility.
