What you will do

• Review and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP plans.
• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs for materials, equipment, and labor.
• Prepare cost estimates and maintain estimation records and databases.
• Collaborate with project managers, engineers, and procurement teams to validate results.
• Identify discrepancies or conflicts in drawings and communicate findings.
• Support bid preparation and provide input for project budgets.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines
• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in estimation, quantity takeoff, or related construction roles.
• Proficiency in digital takeoff software such as PlanSwift, Bluebeam Revu, or AutoCAD.
• Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry standards.
• Competence in Microsoft Excel and data management tools.
