What you will do

• Own the end-to-end growth journey, covering acquisition, activation, retention loops, and user-centric monetization.
• Conceptualize and analyze rapid-fire experiments using A/B tests and feature flags to drive creative impact.
• Develop a deep understanding of user motivations and how creative AI can unlock their potential.
• Collaborate daily with engineering, design, marketing, and data teams to deliver high-impact growth initiatives.
• Establish and evolve metrics and dashboards to track and optimize user creativity.

Requirements

• 2–5 years of experience in product management or growth, ideally within consumer or PLG companies.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in SQL and various analytics tools.
• Ability to ship features rapidly and learn quickly from real-world results.
• Deep product intuition to balance short-term growth bets with long-term ecosystem sustainability.
• Excellent communication skills for championing and pivoting bold ideas.
• Must be located in or able to work from the Palo Alto office 3–5 days a week.

Nice to have

• Experience with consumer subscription, freemium, or creator monetization models.
• Familiarity with creative AI, generative media, or creator-economy platforms.
