What you will do

• Lead product strategy and execution across key initiatives to align with company vision and business objectives.

• Coach and mentor product managers to foster high standards of product thinking and execution.

Requirements

• Must be based in Brazil
• 10+ years of experience in product management, including 4+ years in senior leadership roles (Director, Principal, or Head of Product).
• Proven experience delivering products with large-scale user bases (500K+ weekly active users).
• Strong strategic thinking and leadership skills with the ability to inspire cross-functional teams.
• Ability to simplify complex technical domains, particularly in privacy, security, or infrastructure.
• Strong data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and user research to guide decisions.
