Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

What you will do
- Manage the end-to-end customer journey from initial quote through order management, delivery, and renewal.
- Serve as the primary operational point of contact for customers and account managers.
- Coordinate quoting, ordering, billing, and renewal processes with internal operational teams.
- Identify and support revenue opportunities such as upsell and cross-sell.
- Monitor customer experience to resolve issues and implement operational improvements.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Previous experience in Customer Success, Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or similar customer-facing operational roles.
- Advanced English proficiency (B2 – C1) is required.
- Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work model (3 days in office).
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
