Location: Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid - 3 days in office)

What you will do

• Manage the end-to-end customer journey from initial quote through order management, delivery, and renewal.
• Serve as the primary operational point of contact for customers and account managers.
• Coordinate quoting, ordering, billing, and renewal processes with internal operational teams.
• Identify and support revenue opportunities such as upsell and cross-sell.
• Monitor customer experience to resolve issues and implement operational improvements.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous experience in Customer Success, Sales Operations, Inside Sales, or similar customer-facing operational roles.
• Advanced English proficiency (B2 – C1) is required.
• Must be based in Mexico City for a hybrid work model (3 days in office).
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and consultative skills.
