Location: Remote from Texas or Hybrid in Austin, TX
Salary: $83,300 – $170,300 (depending on tier)

What you will do
- Own a portfolio of mid-size and enterprise accounts end-to-end, covering onboarding, adoption, QBRs, and renewals.
- Lead interactive onboarding sessions, workshops, and trainings to accelerate time-to-value for customers.
- Drive net revenue retention through strategic upsell, cross-sell, and contract expansion.
- Monitor customer health and engagement data to identify and mitigate churn risks early.
- Synthesize customer feedback into actionable insights for product and engineering teams.
- Leverage AI tools and automation to optimize account management workflows.
Requirements
- Must be based in Texas (Remote or Hybrid in Austin).
- Experience in Customer Success or Account Management within B2B SaaS, specifically owning retention and expansion targets.
- Proven ability to conduct customer onboarding workshops and training sessions.
- Strong commercial instinct for spotting growth opportunities and leading renewal negotiations.
- Analytical and data-driven approach to portfolio prioritization.
- English: Fluency (C1+) required.
Nice to have
- Experience or genuine interest in electronics, manufacturing, or hardware supply chains.
- Fluency in Spanish or French.
