TL;DR

Inside Sales Representative (LATAM): Driving new customer acquisition and growth for intelligent data infrastructure solutions with an accent on outbound prospecting, pipeline management, and cross-selling. Focus on building qualified opportunities, collaborating with channel partners, and positioning hybrid cloud and data storage solutions to meet complex business needs.

Location: Must be based in Mexico City, Mexico (Hybrid role)

What you will do

  • Drive customer acquisition through phone, email, and digital outreach.
  • Prospect outbound and inbound to generate and qualify new business pipeline.
  • Communicate hirify.global’s value propositions across multiple use cases.
  • Collaborate with channel, marketing, and technical teams to deliver proposals.
  • Maintain accurate pipeline management, forecasting, and activity tracking in CRM.
  • Support marketing initiatives including events, webinars, and lead-generation campaigns.

Requirements

  • 18–24 months of experience in inside sales or a related field.
  • Fluent in both Spanish and English.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Experience with CRM platforms, LinkedIn Navigator, and ZoomInfo.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Genuine curiosity regarding cloud, storage, or IT solutions.

Nice to have

  • B2B sales experience.
  • Exposure to the IT or cloud industry.
  • Familiarity with partner ecosystems such as resellers, distributors, and system integrators.
