Quality Systems Specialist

What you will do

• Implement and maintain quality specifications and the Quality Management System across sites.
• Align site quality systems with global requirements and maintain applicable ISO, FSC, cGMP, QPL, and military certifications.
• Coordinate certification, surveillance, and recertification audits.
• Support customer quality inquiries, audits, quality agreements, and complaint handling through the QNS process.
• Manage quality documentation, SOPs, work instructions, incoming-material testing, finished-goods inspection, batch-record review, validation materials, and nonconforming products.
• Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and supply chain teams to resolve defects and support product launches.

Requirements

• Four-year degree; a Bachelor of Science degree is preferred.
• Minimum three years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• Quality assurance or Quality Management System experience is preferred.
• Experience with Lean Six Sigma, 8D methodology, management systems, or quality systems is preferred.
• SAP and Minitab knowledge is preferred.
