Project Manager FCC (Fintech)

Location: Toronto office at 483 Bay Street until approximately late 2026, then Mississauga office at 3 Robert Speck Parkway; flexible hybrid schedule. Current work authorization for Canada is required.

Annual total cash compensation: $105,000–$155,000 CAD, including base salary and target discretionary performance bonus.

What you will do

• Plan and deliver FCC’s core digital platform initiatives and associated technology projects.
• Define delivery approaches, plans, milestones, deliverables, and timelines with business stakeholders and leadership.
• Perform day-to-day Scrum Master responsibilities for distributed Agile delivery teams and promote Agile values.
• Manage project resources, work progress, financials, risks, business readiness, deployment, and transition to operations.
• Coordinate with global delivery teams, external vendors, senior management, C-level executives, and clients.

Requirements

• Post-secondary degree or equivalent work experience.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in the financial industry, preferably capital markets.
• Experience managing competing priorities in a matrix environment and coordinating with global delivery teams.
• Experience with Agile delivery and frameworks including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, and Lean.
• Strong project planning, lifecycle management, communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with digital solutions, technology refresh, infrastructure projects, or Agile/SAFe/Scrum Master certification is an asset; PMP certification or equivalent is also an asset.
