What you will do
- Develop and lead biometrics-focused business development propositions aligned with Borders and Airports portfolios.
- Engage with C-suite executives, government agencies, and industry leaders to influence procurement and policy decisions.
- Partner with Sales teams to drive revenue growth, account expansion, and pipeline development.
- Establish executive roundtables and industry forums to strengthen market presence and thought leadership.
- Provide strategic leadership on high-value pre-sales engagements and complex enterprise sales cycles.
- Monitor market trends and competitive activity to identify new growth opportunities and differentiation strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Public Policy, Aviation Management, or related field.
- 15+ years of experience in business development, consulting, or strategy within aviation, biometrics, or related technology industries.
- 7+ years of proven success in generating revenue growth and supporting complex enterprise sales.
- Demonstrated expertise in biometrics, digital identity, and end-to-end traveler journeys.
- Proven ability to operate effectively at C-suite and agency leadership levels across U.S. and Canadian organizations.
- Strong understanding of government policy, regulatory frameworks, and airport technology procurement.
