TL;DR

Location: Must be based in London, UK. Role requires mandatory in-office presence four days per week.

What you will do
- Own the strategy, roadmap, and commercial performance of a strategic business area within Consumer.
- Drive product-led growth across key metrics including revenue, margin, retention, and P&L.
- Launch new products, features, and customer propositions across key segments and regions.
- Build business cases for new opportunities, analyzing market size, demand, and operational requirements.
- Partner with technical product leads to define, prioritize, and ship customer-facing features.
- Lead go-to-market plans in collaboration with Marketing, CRM, and Regional teams.
Requirements
- Experience in a GM, business lead, product, or strategy role within fintech or crypto.
- Proven ability to own or influence commercial outcomes such as revenue, volume, or P&L.
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in business modeling, pricing, and unit economics.
- Strong product judgment and ability to work closely with engineering teams.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-moving, ambiguous environment.
- Clear communication skills and ability to align senior stakeholders around strategy.
