Focus on maintaining GoHighLevel CRM hygiene, scheduling, and ensuring seamless communication between contractors, clients, and leadership.

Location: Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, or Jamaica. Working hours: U.S. Business Hours.

What you will do

  • Manage inbound client inquiries and prioritize urgent requests.
  • Maintain and organize CRM records, pipelines, and workflows in GoHighLevel.
  • Coordinate with freelance contractors to track deliverables and project timelines.
  • Handle calendar management, meeting scheduling, and preparation of materials.
  • Conduct operational research and organize findings into actionable reports.
  • Support leadership with daily operational alignment and follow-through.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience supporting founders, executives, or operations teams.
  • Strong hands-on experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) and Google Workspace.
  • Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
  • Ability to manage priorities independently without constant oversight.
  • Reliable remote work setup and stable internet connection.
  • Must be based in Mexico, Colombia, Brazil, Costa Rica, or Jamaica.

Nice to have

  • Experience in automotive industry operations.
  • Familiarity with presentation and research tools like Gamma, Notebook LM, or PowerPoint.
  • Background in service-based business operations.
