What you will do

• Prepare and improve recurring financial reporting and variance analysis for the German business.
• Own and optimize the forecasting model by collecting inputs and challenging assumptions.
• Analyze commercial and operational KPIs including revenue, margin, marketing spend, and customer economics.
• Build and maintain financial models, dashboards, and datasets to drive transparency.
• Support business cases for commercial initiatives and marketing investments through scenario modeling.
• Identify performance trends and translate findings into clear, actionable recommendations.

Requirements

• University degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in Controlling or FP&A, preferably in e-commerce or digital consumer environments.
• Solid understanding of budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
• Advanced technical skills in Excel (PowerPivot, PowerQuery) with an AI and data-driven mindset.
• Fluent in English; German language skills are a strong plus.
