IT Team Leader, Perceptive Discovery

What you will do

• Lead day-to-day onsite IT service delivery and monitor service levels, KPIs, and operational availability.
• Create, monitor, and deliver IT projects aligned with business and site needs.
• Coordinate with local stakeholders, the Quality team, and peers in the US operation.
• Maintain IT processes, documentation, risk registers, and compliance activities.
• Monitor site IT expenditure, contribute to forecasting, and recommend capital expenditure.
• Allocate and prioritize team workloads while fostering ownership, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• In-depth knowledge of networking and virtualization technologies, including VMware or Hyper-V.
• Broad understanding of Microsoft 365 and proficiency with backup technologies such as Veeam or Acronis.
• Proficiency in cloud technologies, ideally AWS or Azure.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment such as GxP, ISO17025, healthcare, or financial services.
• Previous line management, team leadership, or experience leading significant project teams.
• Fluent English required.

Nice to have

• Industry-recognized certification from Microsoft, AWS, VMware, CompTIA, Veeam, or a similar provider.
• Understanding of Agile behaviors or DevOps methodologies.
• Experience in the life sciences domain.
