What you will do

• Define and maintain target market selling prices for electronic systems and platforms.
• Develop frameworks for price positioning based on performance, brand, and regional differences.
• Lead the transformation of systematic price-finding methodologies and process governance.
• Conduct competitive product analysis, customer benchmarking, and market price corridor research.
• Manage strategic partnerships with external vendors and lead cross-functional pricing programs.
• Cascade target prices to internal cost initiatives and drive standardization strategies.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of experience in sales excellence, market price strategy, or product costing.
• Proven experience in the automotive market, cost management, and sales economy.
• Deep technical knowledge of passenger room electronic systems.
• Fluent in English language.
• Willingness to travel as required.

Nice to have

• Experience with Tier 1 electronic systems and tear-down benchmarking.
• Knowledge of CRM/ERP systems and market intelligence analytics.
• Familiarity with AI and machine learning methodologies for pricing.
