What you will do

• Provide pre- and post-sales technical support to customers across Germany and Europe, addressing queries and proposing tailored solutions.
• Deliver product presentations, hands-on demonstrations, and technical trainings both onsite and remotely.
• Collaborate with sales, product engineering, and management to translate customer requirements into product improvements.
• Gather and document customer feedback and use cases to inform the product roadmap.
• Maintain expert knowledge of industry trends in power electronics and high-speed digital applications.
• Travel regularly to support customers onsite within the assigned region.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Computer Science Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Prior experience with oscilloscopes or other test & measurement instruments.
• Practical experience in power electronics (power supplies, motor control) or high-speed digital applications.
• Fluency in German and English (spoken and written).
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel regularly (>30%).
• Ability to communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Nice to have

• Experience in signal integrity (SI/PI) or other high-speed digital techniques.
