What you will do

  • Define system architecture and select components for compute, sensors, networking, and communication integration into vehicle platforms.
  • Design and evolve vehicle wiring harnesses from prototype builds to production-grade solutions for autonomous logistics.
  • Design, build, and commission breadboards and Hardware-in-the-Loop (HIL) test setups for rapid iteration.
  • Design and validate vehicle networks using CAN and Automotive Ethernet (100/1000BASE-T1).
  • Specify, integrate, and test external connectivity systems including GNSS, 4G/5G, and Starlink.
  • Provide technical direction and drive decisions in collaboration with autonomy, software, and mechanical teams.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in robotics, ideally focusing on autonomous driving or mission-critical vehicle systems.
  • Strong experience in compute and sensor system integration, including selection, bring-up, and validation.
  • Proven track record of delivering vehicle wiring harnesses from prototype to production.
  • Proficiency with Solidworks and rapid prototyping tools such as 3D printing.
  • Experience with CAN, Automotive Ethernet (T1), and debugging vehicle network configurations.
  • Basic software skills in Python scripting and Vector tooling (e.g., CANoe, CANalyzer).
