What you will do

  • Define and own the cross-screen CTV and mobile GTM narrative anchored in Persona and Commerce audience intelligence.
  • Set revenue targets, manage pricing strategy, and track commercial progress across key markets.
  • Act as the primary conduit between Product/Engineering and commercial teams to represent market requirements.
  • Train and upskill sales, GTM, and Ad Operations teams on the CTV ecosystem and cross-screen planning.
  • Represent the company at priority CTV events and build senior relationships at holding companies and independent agencies.
  • Lead thought leadership and PR positioning around cross-screen, commerce-enabled video.

Requirements

  • 10+ years in digital advertising with at least 5 years in CTV, advanced TV, or video-specific roles.
  • Proven track record of building or scaling a CTV/video business at an ad-tech company, SSP, or DSP.
  • Deep understanding of the programmatic CTV supply landscape, including OEM platforms, FAST channels, and supply-path economics.
  • Strong buy-side network with active senior relationships at holding company and independent agencies in France, Italy, or the US.
  • Experience defining GTM narratives and training commercial teams on technical or data-driven propositions.
  • Track record of operating cross-functionally to influence Product, Operations, and Marketing teams.
