What you will do

• Own the product vision, strategy, and multi-quarter roadmap for a unified growth marketing platform.
• Translate marketer needs into scalable platform capabilities including audience targeting and journey orchestration.
• Partner with Engineering and Data Science teams to deliver AI-powered features that automate campaign execution.
• Define and track key KPIs for marketing performance, efficiency, and ROI.
• Lead experimentation frameworks to drive data-informed decision-making and continuous optimization.
• Drive cross-functional execution across Marketing, Engineering, Design, and Legal teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• 5+ years of product management experience in platform, MarTech, CRM, or growth marketing products.
• Proven experience building roadmaps and launching complex, cross-functional initiatives with Engineering and Data Science teams.
• Strong background in data-driven decision-making, experimentation design, and SQL.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Economics, Statistics, or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI/ML-powered product features, including LLM-based systems or agentic workflows.
• Familiarity with the MarTech ecosystem including CDPs, ESPs, and attribution tools.
• Experience working in privacy- and compliance-sensitive environments.
