Location: Must be based in Colombia. Working hours: 9 am to 5 pm MT.

Salary: $2,000 - $2,200

What you will do

• Develop and execute paid ad strategies across Google Search, YouTube, Meta Ads, and LSAs.
• Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize ROAS, conversions, and lead generation.
• Analyze performance data to refine strategies and achieve client goals.
• Conduct creative, audience, and budget A/B testing to enhance campaign performance.
• Implement proprietary program and campaign setups to align with agency systems.
• Generate detailed performance reports for clients and internal teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Colombia.
• 3-5 years of experience managing paid ad campaigns on Google.
• Proven track record in optimizing campaigns for ROAS and lead generation.
• Strong written and verbal English communication skills, comfortable with video calls.
• Experience in a digital marketing agency is required, preferably in the U.S.
• Willingness to learn new systems and approaches unique to the client’s processes.

Nice to have

• Experience in the healthcare or dental niche.
