TL;DR

What you will do

  • Manage and optimize end-to-end paid campaigns across Google, Meta, LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and TikTok.
  • Develop and execute full-funnel B2B lead generation strategies to drive pipeline growth.
  • Own organic growth initiatives on platforms like X and TikTok to build brand visibility and inbound demand.
  • Conduct structured A/B testing on creatives, audiences, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Analyze performance metrics using GA4 and GTM to translate data into actionable growth decisions.
  • Collaborate with design, content, and sales teams to align marketing initiatives with revenue goals.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of hands-on digital marketing experience with a focus on performance.
  • Strong experience managing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
  • Proven track record of generating B2B leads and measurable pipeline growth.
  • Deep expertise in PPC strategy, funnel optimization, and attribution models.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and conversion tracking.
  • Must be based in Brazil, Mexico, Costa Rica, or Colombia with availability for U.S. time zones.

Nice to have

  • Experience with HubSpot, Salesforce, or Marketo.
  • Organic social media growth experience.
  • Experience managing multiple client accounts or large advertising budgets.
  • Familiarity with Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
