• Create accurate 3D BIM models in Revit 2025 using point cloud scans.
• Process LGSX files using the Leica Cloudworks plugin.
• Interpret and convert complex point cloud data into precise architectural and structural models.
• Collaborate with remote teams and clients to ensure high-quality project deliverables.
• Maintain model integrity and ensure compliance with project standards.

Requirements

• Must be based in the Philippines.
• Must be available to work 9 PM - 5 AM PH Time (9 AM - 5 PM EST).
• Proven experience working with Revit 2025.
• Solid knowledge of point cloud modeling workflows.
• Familiarity with LGSX files and Leica Cloudworks plugin.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
