What you will do

  • Lead the strategy and end-to-end execution of high-impact B2C campaigns for the US and Canadian markets.
  • Manage strategic brand collaborations and partnerships to amplify the mission and reach new audiences.
  • Oversee external creative agencies and internal design teams to ensure assets are on-brand and localized.
  • Scale the influencer marketing program, including creator sourcing, contract negotiation, and ROI tracking.
  • Develop social media strategies and create viral-worthy content for TikTok and Instagram.
  • Analyze performance data to optimize customer acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Requirements

  • 3–5 years of experience in Brand, Campaign, or Consumer Marketing.
  • Experience with high-growth B2C apps or mobile-first marketplaces is highly preferred.
  • Proven track record of managing external creative agencies.
  • Expertise in influencer networks, social platforms, and community management.
  • Ability to analyze business metrics and data to inform future marketing strategies.
  • Must be based in or be able to work from the New York City hub (Hybrid 3x/week).
