What you will do

• Support daily supervision of production activities and floor operations.
• Collaborate with production teams to foster engagement and a safe work environment.
• Contribute to the achievement of quality, productivity, and delivery targets.
• Participate in performance analysis and KPI tracking.
• Assist in the execution of continuous improvement projects.

Requirements

• Must be a student currently pursuing a university degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
• Must be legally entitled to work in Canada and meet the requirements of the Canadian Controlled Goods Program (CGP).
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work on-site in Montreal on a fixed shift (6 a.m. to 2 p.m. or 2 p.m. to 10 p.m.).

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing or continuous improvement principles.
• Previous internship experience in a manufacturing environment.
