What you will do

• Coordinate project close-out activities, including on-site work planning and deficiency list management.
• Monitor final engineering deliverables and support the preparation of claims and commercial settlements.
• Review project schedules and analyze engineering performance curves to identify delays and blockers.
• Track contract status and procurement sequences for drawings, POs, and quality assurance dockets.
• Validate hours charged to projects against plans and forecasts.
• Prepare monthly client reports and maintain the project responsibility matrix.

Requirements

• Currently enrolled in the 2nd or 3rd year of Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• Strong mechanical aptitude, including 3D perception and knowledge of assembly mechanisms.
• Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work under pressure with competing priorities.
• Bilingual proficiency (English and French).
• Legal status to work in Canada.
