What you will do

• Assemble mechanical and electro-mechanical components for subassemblies and finished products.
• Test, inspect, and measure mechanical components and systems according to specifications.
• Troubleshoot assemblies using working documents, jigs, and fixtures.
• Collaborate with functional teams during New Product Introduction (NPI) builds.
• Maintain data integrity using system tools and adhere to 6S principles.
• Participate in Kaizen and Six-Sigma initiatives to improve production processes.

Requirements

• 2-3 years of experience in assembly and high-tech manufacturing.
• Diploma in Electronics, Electrical, Mechanical, Photonics, Robotics, or equivalent work experience.
• Proficiency with basic workbench tools such as screwdrivers and torque wrenches.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Must be based in Kitchener, ON for on-site work.
• Basic computer skills and proficiency in MS Office.
