What you will do

• Shape the vision, strategy, and roadmap for high-impact products within the Low Carbon Tech team.
• Own the business case and ROI, ensuring stakeholders are aligned and informed on product impact.
• Lead day-to-day planning, delivery, and monitoring of key missions to ensure smooth execution.
• Champion product discovery by running experiments and prototyping solutions before engineering hand-off.
• Analyze product performance, security, and reliability to drive continuous improvements.
• Coach junior PMs and share expertise to elevate the broader product community.

• Proven experience steering complex, fast-changing products with a track record of delivering tangible customer value.
• Deep customer obsession with the ability to prioritize based on user experience.
• Comfort using AI tools for prototyping and writing queries to extract and analyze data independently.
• Strong communication skills to explain complex decisions and manage dependencies across diverse teams.
