What you will do

• Own a defined area of the wholesale digital portal, setting clear product vision and priorities.
• Translate customer and business requirements into deliverable product features.
• Lead an Agile squad, coordinating delivery across design, engineering, and analysis teams.
• Define and deliver end-to-end digital journeys from access to transaction completion.
• Collaborate with UX designers and stakeholders to create effective customer experiences.
• Embed a digital-first and AI-enabled approach to product development.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Product Owner in an Agile environment.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence in a matrix organization.
• Experience delivering end-to-end digital customer journeys.
• Must be able to work from a UK office 3 days per week.
