What you will do

• Plan and coordinate projects from kickoff to delivery, defining scope, milestones, and success criteria.
• Lead cross-functional teams and prioritize workloads to ensure smooth collaboration.
• Track project progress, budgets, and delivery KPIs to ensure successful execution.
• Manage project documentation, including Statements of Work (SOW), contracts, and Jira administration.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, managing expectations and updates.
• Identify project risks, drive mitigation plans, and optimize internal project processes.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing complex projects independently.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and coordinating multiple stakeholders.
• Strong project planning, budgeting, and risk management skills.
• Proficiency with project management tools (Jira, MS Project, Trello) and Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• English: B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher required.
• Location: Must be based in Poland or Ukraine.
