Salary: 1,100–1,400 PLN net/day (B2B)

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end cybersecurity integration and transformation initiatives following organizational standards.
• Manage multiple technical integration projects, ensuring timely delivery and effective risk management.
• Contribute to shaping new operating models, governance, and ways of working within the CISO organization.
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders across business and technology functions as a trusted advisor.
• Prepare and present progress reports, project updates, and mitigation plans to senior leadership.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams and facilitate collaboration across multiple organizational units.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of experience in technical integration, transformation, or project/program management.
• Strong background in Cybersecurity and IT Integration within large, complex international financial organizations.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure and cybersecurity with hands-on knowledge of at least three security domains.
• Practical knowledge of NIST, ITSM, and IT risk management processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
• Fluent English required.
