Salary: Employment 14,000–15,500 PLN gross/month; B2B 16,000–18,000 PLN net/month

What you will do
- Own the full customer implementation lifecycle from contract signature through to go-live and beyond.
- Build trusted, consultative relationships with stakeholders, including finance directors and AP managers.
- Configure the platform to align with customer-specific workflows without the need for coding.
- Lead workshops and deliver tailored product training sessions based on customer maturity levels.
- Analyze post-go-live usage data to recommend automation improvements and increase ROI.
- Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support teams to ensure seamless handovers and consistent customer experience.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer-facing B2B roles such as SaaS implementation, customer success, or functional consulting.
- Track record of owning client relationships and delivering projects in a commercial environment.
- Strong communication skills for running workshops and presenting to senior stakeholders.
- Ability to manage multiple customer projects simultaneously with high quality.
- Fluency in English is mandatory.
- Must be based in or able to work in a hybrid model in Cracow, Poland.
Nice to have
- Experience implementing ERP-adjacent solutions such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, Microsoft Dynamics, or Infor M3.
- Strong understanding of finance processes, specifically AP, procurement, or spend management.
- Proficiency in additional European languages.
