Salary: $99,633 - $113,500 per year

What you will do

• Manage regional territories to achieve marketing goals and increase full-funnel customer acquisitions.
• Coordinate account visits and "retail appreciation days" in collaboration with revenue teams and dispensary clients.
• Develop and execute strategic partnerships with culturally relevant partners across entertainment, fashion, and sports.
• Lead end-to-end event production, including budgeting, vendor negotiation, logistics, and risk assessment.
• Evaluate the ROI of partnerships, events, and marketing strategies to maximize field spend.
• Collaborate with the Cultural and Events department to suggest and implement locally relevant activations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communication, or a related field.
• 7 years of experience in marketing or a related management role.
• Knowledge of cannabis marketing best practices.
• Experience working within the technology industry.
• Valid driver's license with minimal points.
• Ability to travel up to 80% of the time.
