What you will do

  • Manage key customer relationships to ensure successful operation and utilization of satellite systems.
  • Coordinate operational activities including satellite tasking, data delivery, and mission support.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize service performance and customer value.
  • Support the introduction and transition of new satellite services into operations.
  • Ensure continuous service improvement and high levels of customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Relevant Bachelor's or Master's degree.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles, account management, or project management.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English (written and spoken).
  • Must be eligible for Norwegian and NATO security clearance.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder management, and commercial understanding.
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate across multidisciplinary teams.

  • Experience from space, defense, aerospace, or other high-technology sectors.
