Location: Hybrid (Oslo, Norway). Must be based in Norway; no relocation support provided.

What you will do
- Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers across the public sector market.
- Manage the entire sales journey from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing and onboarding.
- Translate organizational pain points into value-based selling strategies for large strategic engagements.
- Conduct product demonstrations of the SaaS platform to organizations of various sizes.
- Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot to optimize pipeline and sales performance.
- Monitor the European public procurement landscape to identify new growth opportunities.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of experience managing full B2B SaaS sales cycles, ideally in the public sector.
- Proven track record in outbound sales and pipeline generation.
- Ability to engage and build credibility with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Fluency in written and spoken Norwegian.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
- Must be already based in Norway or have existing work authorization.
Nice to have
- Familiarity with tendering, compliance-driven buying, or public procurement.
- Experience working within an international or multi-market sales environment.
- Consultative selling mindset focused on long-term customer value.
