Location: Hybrid (Oslo, Norway). Must be based in Norway; no relocation support provided.

What you will do

  • Identify and build relationships with key decision-makers across the public sector market.
  • Manage the entire sales journey from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing and onboarding.
  • Translate organizational pain points into value-based selling strategies for large strategic engagements.
  • Conduct product demonstrations of the SaaS platform to organizations of various sizes.
  • Maintain accurate CRM data in HubSpot to optimize pipeline and sales performance.
  • Monitor the European public procurement landscape to identify new growth opportunities.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of experience managing full B2B SaaS sales cycles, ideally in the public sector.
  • Proven track record in outbound sales and pipeline generation.
  • Ability to engage and build credibility with senior stakeholders and decision-makers.
  • Fluency in written and spoken Norwegian.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills in English.
  • Must be already based in Norway or have existing work authorization.

Nice to have

  • Familiarity with tendering, compliance-driven buying, or public procurement.
  • Experience working within an international or multi-market sales environment.
  • Consultative selling mindset focused on long-term customer value.
